DFI has rented through intermediaton of Aximas offices at Haasrode Research Park
DFI has rented a first floor office of 279 m² in the Spinoff building.
The Spinoff building consists of 2985 m² offices, 554 m² archives and 85 outside parking place. The office building is located on the Haasrode Science Park in Leuven, definitively one of the most interesting locations just outside the Brussels periphery.
High-tech, medical and scientific companies are attracted to Haasrode not only because of high concentration of similar businesses but in particular because fo the nearby presence of the KUL University of Leuven, the numerous high-tech companies, the IMEC research centre and the largest medical entreprise in Belgium, the UZ Leuven Hospitals.
Haasrode is furthermore located near one of the most important highway crossroads in the Brussels periphery but still accessible without traffic jams on rush hours. The Brussels international airport is only 15 minutes away.
