In 1994, at age 24, Patrick Vermuyten started EZY PROPERTIES S.A. from a small home office. Specializing in the letting and sale of commercial real estate in Brussels, activities grew soon outside Brussels. 

In 2001 the name was changed to AXIMAS S.A., shareholders unchanged.
