Flemish government has rented 4066 m² offices in Hungaria

Through the intermediation of AXIMAS Real Estate agents 4066 m² offices on the 5th, 6th & 7th floor of the well-known Hungaria building opposite the Leuven marina has been rented to the Flemish government.

The space came on the market after a reorganisation of Inbev and forms a solution for the housing situation for certain divisions of the Flemish Government in Leuven for the coming 2-3 years until the completion of the new administrative building for the Flemish Government in the Leuven station area. With this transaction, the Hungaria building is fully-rented again.
