Aximas (Ezy Properties) has negotiated the lease of 480 m² offices with option for further expansion in the Haasrode Business Estate to AE Application Engineers. After having examined several options, the Ambachten Complex was selected because of its availability beginning 2001. The transaction was closed at a rent of 106,-Euro/m²/year.The Ambachten Complex is located in the SMSE business park of Haasrode and consists of several business units offering offices and warehouse facilities.
