Always innovating, Aximas stood her ground successfully against the leading international brokers like DTZ, Healey & Baker, Jones Lang Wootton, King Sturge & Richard Ellis. They were fierce yet well respected competitors. Over time, these fierce competitors have alll assimilated into the closely related globalist brokers CBRE, Cushman & JLL. 

In contrast, Aximas has deliberately remained independent and locally anchored in Belgium. This independence allows us to maintain full alignment with our clients’ interests, without institutional conflicts or external corporate mandates.
