To further expand our activities in Brussels, we are looking for a commercially minded real estate agent or BIV trainee with an interest in the professional property market.

Your role as a commercial real estate agent

As a commercial real estate agent, you will guide businesses in finding suitable property solutions. You will be responsible for the entire commercial process, from the initial contact through to the successful completion of a transaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Actively prospecting businesses and building long-term client relationships.
- Assisting companies with the leasing and sale of offices, retail premises, SME units, warehouses and other commercial properties.
- Analysing clients' needs and identifying suitable property solutions.
- Organising property viewings, conducting commercial negotiations and managing files through to completion.
- Expanding your network and knowledge of the Brussels property market.
- Collaborating with colleagues in other regions where necessary to make the most of commercial opportunities.

You will have the freedom to work independently, seize commercial opportunities and actively contribute to Aximas's growth.

Your Profile: Commercially Minded and Multilingual

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who takes initiative, enjoys building relationships and is motivated to achieve commercial results.

You will recognise yourself in the following profile:

- You are commercially minded, results-oriented and driven.
- You are confident in prospecting and approaching new clients.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
- You work independently and take responsibility for your own files.
- You are ambitious and eager to develop your career in commercial real estate.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or higher that qualifies you to begin or complete a BIV internship.
