The Vander Elst Building is the eye-catching office building in the Leuven canal area and is now fully-rented.
Aximas was the agent that has intermediated most of the leases with a take-up of more than 12500 m²: AG Insurance 1461 m², Elo Touch Solutions 1090 m², EASI 673 m², Manpower Belgium 809 m² (together with Cushman), Prevent 1394 m², RVA 1675 m², BCZ 313 m², Partena, 275 m², Spiritus 930 m², Datadobi 950 m², Omni-Remotes 183 m², OpenTelly 800 m², Agentschap Integratie en Inburgering 1264 m² & Dentsply Implants 750 m².
Aximas was also the agent for the Hyphen One Business centre on the top floor and has rented out the business centre in a timeframe of a few months to flex space & offices to Aeolus Consulting , EIT RawMaterials, Bepublic, BeReal, Reliance acsn & Bank Delen.
The building was developed by Ghelamco and is currently controlled by AXA Real Estate.
