Aximas has negotiated the lease of a semi-industrial building in the Haasrode research park to the Spanish group Festina Lotus, one of the best known technical and style innovators in the watch industry
Festina Lotus will set-up a local distribution and repair center in Belgium for its high-tech watches. The Haasrode business & research park has been selected as ideal location: on a crossroad of important highways and yet only 20 minutes from the Brussels cargo airport. Festina Lotus has rented a semi-industrial building on Geldenaaksebaan for this purpose; the building consists of 315 m² offices (of which part will be used as repairscenter) and 515 m² warehouse.
