Since the sale of Greenhill Campus to a British investment group things have changed rapidly in Leuven. A cost effective management that is not only working to improve services but also to improve the site itself, has aided in changing the image of the business park. AXIMAS Real Estate Agents, who remained sole agent of the business park after the sale, has again been filling up the business park and reducing the vacant space fast.
Since July 2007 already 5000 m² office space has been rented in the 18.000 m² business park to FINANCIAL FORCES (USG People), OTTO OFFICE, GC EUROPE, TERUMO SALES BENELUX, TALK & VISION, INDUFIN, GOM Optical Measurement Techniques, ACERTA, HALLEMEESCH & COUTUER and the largest tenant CABOT has expanded with 835 m². The recent deals have been signed at prices of 135 € /m²/year (coming from 117 € /m²/year a year before).
