The site is located at the Boomsesteenweg in Aarselaar between Brussels and Antwerp. Leaseplan has used Aximas'tenant representation services to secure a 4890m² showroom and a 3000 m² warehouse with capacity for 150 cars. It is the first site the car leasing company opens to sell its returned leasing cars B2C.
