Aximas has negotiated the lease of 363 m² offices and storage to ISS on the ground floor of Ambachtenlaan 44 (former Jungheinrich building).
ISS is one of the largest facility service groups, with leading market positions in most European countries, Asia, Australia and South America. ISS employs more than 270.000 people, the vast majority of whom are engaged in the front-line delivery of facility services such as cleaning, maintenance, healthcare, food hygiene, damage control, automotive services, hospitals and key accounts in businesses, industry and the public sector.
ISS will use the building for their customer service in the Leuven region for their cleaning and catering divisions. ISS has recently bought the cleaning company VANDEZANDE, which was located only a few minutes driving distance of the new building and which will be moved to the new premises shortly.
The commercial visibility both from the E40 highway as the main road, ideal accessibility and interesting rental conditions were decisive factors to opt for this building.
