Aximas has negotiated the lease of 472 m² offices to Mathys Orthopaedics on the ground floor on Greenhill Campus.
The building was already well-fitted for the activities of Mathys Orthopaedics who were attracted to Greenhill Campus not only because of the attractive conditions offered by the landlord and his flexible disposition but for it’s ideal location in the immediate proximity of the E40 motorway to Brussels and the international airport in Zaventem (12 minutes by car), the quality of the buildings themselves and the proximity of various medical institutions and companies in the immediate proximity of Greenhill Campus.
Mathys Orthopaedics is a subsidiary of the Swiss medical group Mathys AG Bettlach, specialised in medical implants and instruments. The company is still controlled by the Mathys family and has subsidiaries in 8 European countries as well as agents and distributors in 20 other countries.
On Greenhill Campus there are still a few remaining surfaces available from 150 to 1500 m², many of which are fully-fitted out with partitioning, computer cabling, some even with furniture.
