Utimaco Safeware has rented 1.500 m² offices on Greenhill Campus in Leuven

Aximas (Ezy Properties) has brought another leading IT company to Greenhill Campus! Utimaco Safeware Belgium, a key subsidiary of the German Utimaco Safeware AG, has rented 1500 m² in Greenhill Campus. The transaction was closed at a rent of 124,-Euro/m²/year.

Utimaco Safeware, a marketleader for information security with subsidiaries all over Europe - is a fastgrowing IT company specialized in information security for mobile computing, digital signature, client/server systems and data communication. So far Utimaco has successfully realised several projects - worldwide - in the area of information security such as Isabel, Belgian police forces, EDI healthcare, European Commission, etc.

Greenhill Campus is a 18.000 m² business park with landscaped gardens, located on the Interleuven Research Zoning of Haasrode in Leuven near the E40 highway. Like the rest of the Haasrode zoning, is Greenhill Campus mainly occupied by IT and high technology companies such as Leisure Planet, Evisor, CoWare, IT Masters, Lant, Euritec, etc. The typical campus style layout of Greenhill Campus immediately attracted Utimaco, as well as the presence of so many other IT companies.
