The east side is easily accessible from the Brussels ring road and the Brussels National airport and served by public transport. The West decentralized area is gaining in popularity with impressive new developments. The Brussels periphery is already located outside the Brussels-Capital Region mainly in Flemish & Walloon Brabant.
