The Business Park’s first five phases extend over a 6,5 hectare site and include 10 buildings of a total surface area of 35.000 m², let as offices (Banque Degroof, Securex, Abbott, PM Group). The main settings of the concept are : mobility, environment, functionality and low energy systems so that the buildings will be certified by the BREEAM method as “very good”. The Phase VI of the park’s extension will include the construction of 3 new offices buildings.
