The office park is situated between this major artery route and the E40 motorway, from which it is very clearly visible. It is 2km from exit 19, and is therefore extremely easy to reach by car. Accessibility by public transport is also excellent. Each of the buildings is on four levels consisting of a ground floor and two storeys of office space, the mezzanine floor can be used partly as archive or laboratory space and partly as a covered car-port. The project is finished to an excellent functional standard: raised floor with fitted carpets, automatic sun protection, all entry points are protected by magnetic switches. Internally the building is secured by infra-red sensors.
