The Loop will host besides the Take-Off & Tetris office parks a 32000 m² outlet center, 14.500m² leisure & 6.300m² retail. The aim of "the Loop" project is to develop the whole area around the Flanders Expo complex in Ghent. The area involved is located between the R4 ring road around Ghent and the Brussels-Ostend motorway (E40). The Loop therefore provides easy access from all directions.
