Located in the valley of the Molenbeek, "Het Groot Park" is a large domain of 25 hectares with a gardens which date early 19th century with a variety of 120 species of trees, some of which are endangered species which makes the park unique in Belgium.
The site is easily accessible and is located near the E40 Liège-Brussels highway (exits Boutersem and Haasrode) and only a few minutes from Leuven and the Haasrode research park.
The development consists of the reconversion of the former sanitory buildings into a mixed project for upscale offices and residences as wel as a number of brandnew office constructions.
