This multi-functional warehouse complex includes approximately 8,500 m² of office space located around a beautiful courtyard.
Inside, the renovation works have now been completed. The old HVAC installation was completely dismantled and replaced by heat pump technology with a fossil free energy concept. Soon the glass and warehouse facades will also be tackled. By renewing the shell and the beating heart, the ecological footprint of this office will be drastically reduced.
The office space on the ground floor was completely gutted and given a thorough update. The spacious and inviting reception area was, with a nod to the design of the past, given a contemporary makeover.
