The warehouses are located in the south of Brussels in Forest/Vorst and with direct access to the Brussels Ring. The center of Brussels and the Gare du Midi (TGV - Eurostar) are about 10 minutes away.
Building 1, with 4.605m² warehouse and +/- 778m² office space, is the renovation of the former Lipton tea factory and will be available in nov 2021.
Building 2, with 5.770m² warehouse and +/- 680m² office space, is a new construction - build to suit - and can be deliverd by the end of 2022.
