Not only it makes optimal use of available land but it is a full-ownership without the restrictive sale conditions which are normally standard in the region by the state-owned developers Interleuven and POM which either applicate an eternal buy-back clause at bookvalue (!) or important asset value tax.
The business park was sold through intermediation of AXIMAS real estate agents to the high-tech mailing company MasterMail and the KUL spin-off Optidrive. Both companies have recently completed their buildings.
