Offices, warehouses, retail to lease & for sale in the Loop in Ghent

The aim of "the Loop" project is to develop the whole area around the Flanders Expo complex in Ghent. The area involved is located between the R4 ring road around Ghent and the Brussels-Ostend motorway (E40). The Loop therefore provides easy access from all directions.

In a public-private partnership with the city of Ghent the development of a coherent complex of almost 500.000 m² combining offices, residential accommodation, businesses and leisure facilities around the Flanders Expo's exhibition halls is being planned.
