The Artois office district in Leuven

The Artois District is the a half-moon shaped office district in Leuven starting at the Philipssite to the station & the canal area.

The prime rent peaked in 2008 to 160 €/m²/year but stabilized since around 135 €/m²/year. With the excellent Diabolo-connection one can travel in less than 10 minutes by train from the Leuven Artois district to the Brussels airport. Contrary to most other cities, there is no office tax (yet) in Leuven.

Well-known buildings in the Artois district are the Ubicenter, 7even Gardens & Vander Elst.
