Kop van Kessel-Lo is an ambitious project situated on the east-side of the Leuven trainstation alongside the Martelarenplein in Kessel-Lo. The completed project will open the Martelarenplein to Kessel-Lo. The 70.000 m² development will consists of 975 parking places (incl a public parking), a hotel, lshops, apartments and offices.
